- After we have reviewed your application we will contact you.
- If we decide to proceed with the hiring process, a pre-employment physical will be required. The cost of this physical is deducted from your first paycheck and then reimbursed after two months employment. The physical will include screening for drug and alcohol use.

- Compensation is dependent on experience.
- Work Week: Initially Monday to Saturday with a floating day off during the week, nominally 8 hour days. We plan to shift to a Monday to Friday work week.
- Company Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Ten paid holidays per year for full-time employees, the remaining four to be mutually agreed to.
Job Descriptions
Crew Leader

Construction and General Saw Hand
- Full-time, year-round. Seasonal employment a possibility.
- Description: Perform forest and carpentry/construction work. Carpentry/construction experience and logging experience with a chainsaw required. Equipment operation, welding and/or mechanics experience desired. Demonstrates ability to follow instructions. Demonstrates interest in stewarding the forests of North Park. Demonstrated ability to work with others towards common goals. Shows flexibility in the course of work. Commitment to quality outcomes, safety, our company values, and customer satisfaction.
- Compensation dependent on experience.
- Drivers license required.
- Willingness to relocate to North Park is highly desired, a commute from Fort Collins or Laramie is infeasible.
